General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Pherean

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Pherean.com, owner Annemarie Louise Achour (hereinafter referred to as Pherean) to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither primarily to their commercial nor independent professional activities.

2. Contractual partner

The purchasing agreement shall be concluded with Pherean.com, owner Annemarie Louise Achour, Ludwig-Feuerbach-Str. 74, 90489 Nuremberg, Germany
3. Contractual conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop shall not be considered a legally binding offer, but rather only an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the button [Buy/Place an order], you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchasing agreement will be concluded once we accept your order directly after we receive it via an e-mailed order confirmation, or by our delivery of your ordered goods.

4. No right of cancellation

If you are a consumer (a natural person who submits the order for a purpose not associated with either your commercial or independent business-related activities), then you will generally have a right of cancellation under the law.

However, there shall be no right of cancellation if a contract is concluded for goods that are not pre-fabricated, and which require an individual selection or specification by the consumer for their manufacturing.
The books we offer are individual, personal items both because they are personalized with your family name and because you individually select the languages to be integrated.
Since we cannot separate the books once again, and since it is extremely unlikely that another customer with the same name would order the same language combination from us, this is considered an exceptional case in which you will have no right of cancellation.

5. Prices and shipping costs

The prices indicated on the product pages contain statutory VAT and other pricing components.
In addition to the prices indicated, we will charge a flat rate of 4,55 Euros per order for regular shipping for deliveries within Germany. We charge 8,35 Euros shipping costs for express shipping.
The shipping costs will be shown on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
No other taxes or costs will be charged.

6. Delivery

Deliveries will be made to Germany via a shipping company selected by Pherean.
The delivery time is up to 8 days. Because products are individually produced, we unfortunately cannot offer shorter delivery times.

7. Payment

Payment may be made via PayPal, direct debit or credit card.
All payment types are processed by the service provider PayPal. This is possible even if you do not have your own PayPal account, if you select direct debit or credit card.

8. Retention of ownership

Goods shall remain our property until full payment is made.

9. Dispute resolution

The EU Commission has established an online platform for dispute resolution. The platform serves as an initial point of contact for out of court settlements of disputes related to contractual obligations under online purchasing agreements. We are neither prepared nor obligated to take part in any dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
